Why does my peep sight keep falling out?

It flew out for 2 reasons: the peep wasn’t fully tied in and the tube was tied on WAY too short. So I tied the peep in solidly top and bottom and put a new tube on that’s long enough where the peep doesn’t straighten out until the last 1 – 1.5″ of draw. If that tube comes loose, it’ll just flop down no snapping danger.
