What do you wear under an Irish dance dress?
Wear a tight short sleeve shirt under the dress to keep it fresh. The sleeves and shirt will catch most of your perspiration. We highly recommend that you purchase underarm shields for the armpits of the dress. You can safety pin them in on the extra seam allowance.
