It has been a while since anyone has replied….I had same problem, but I found solution:
- Turn printer Off.
- Press and hold Right cursor button [ > ] and Cancel button[ X ].
- Turn printer On and still hold both buttons.
- When booting of printer completed, you can release buttons.
- Should be in default factory settings.
