Disney announced this morning that it will replace the now-closed Cove Bar and Ariel’s Grotto at Disney California Adventure with a new waterfront bar that will be called the Lamplight Lounge.
Can you eat at Lamplight Lounge without a reservation?
While it is recommended to have an advance dining reservation, you do not NEED one in order to enjoy a meal at the Lamplight Lounge. You are welcome to put your name on the waitlist when you arrive to Lamplight Lounge.
How do I get a reservation at the Lamplight Lounge?
Reservations can be made for Lamplight Lounge via the Disneyland website or by calling (714) 781-DINE. Reservations will result in downstairs seating, while walk-ups are accommodated upstairs on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests seated downstairs will have additional menu options featuring full entrees.
Can kids go to Lamplight Lounge?
The Lamplight Lounge is visually stunning and kids are certain to LOVE all of the incredible art installations throughout the restaurant and there is a kids’ menu, but in my opinion, Lamplight Lounge is best for a date day/night or moms’ or gals’ (or guys’) day out.
