You must present proof of your identity. By mail: Complete the “OSAP Website: Forgot Password and/or OSAP Access Number” form to get your OAN by mail. This form is available on the OSAP website under the “Forms” section.
Why can’t I log into OSAP?
If you are still unable to retrieve your OAN and/or password for the OSAP password, you can fill out an OSAP Website: Forgot Password and/or OSAP Access Number form, which you can download and print from the OSAP public website. Once your request has been processed, you will be mailed a letter containing your OAN.
